Improve existing skills with advanced driver training
RoadSmart can provide business owners and their employees with advanced driver training skills to help:
- improve driver knowledge about current road rules

RoadSmart training can be completed at the business location, or off-site in a hired venue. Following a classroom session, on-road training and assessments are carried out, with each participant demonstrating their current skill, and receiving tuition on areas for improvement.
Previous corporate training provided
RoadSmart has recently completed a number of corporate training programmes for local businesses and organisations, in the following situations:
- a change in the fleet from automatic to manual vehicles necessitated retraining of employees who were not familiar with driving a manual car
- the purchase of vans required all employees to learn how to drive and manoeuvre large vehicles with lessened visibility
- a professional development initiative required employees to improve their driving skills by completing a defensive driving course

Regaining a licence or court orders
RoadSmart provides upskilling for drivers who need to regain their licence after a break, or as a result of a court order. Our training will provide the skills needed, including knowledge of the current road rules. A final assessment will be conducted.
